Fat Loss (Nutrition & Exercise)

When you search deep inside your soul and you ask yourself the real reason why you are here most people say it’s Fat Loss.

No matter which way you slice it, what you eat and drink is far more influential on Fat Loss than anything else.

“You eat 21 meals a week, now compare that to 3-4 workouts per week…it’s no competition!“
