That’s why we need to look after ourselves.
This doesn’t mean hours in a gym, eating rabbit food or moving to a monastery in Tibet.
We just need to reconnect with nature!
- Learn to move like our ancestors did and regain our childhood ease of movement.
- Understand that food gives us life and pre-packaged food is taking life from us.
- Realise that the mind controls all and without an understanding of our true values and dreams most goals are unattainable.

I’m a London based Health Professional that works freelance helping people to live pain free, lose fat and to realise their dreams, a tall order I know but I’m getting there.
Originally from the Midlands I took my first fitness qualifications almost 20 years ago. Since then I have taught martial arts, achieved a degree in Philosophy, walked the width of the Swiss Alps, ice climbed in Alaska, hitch hiked through Norway, meditated in India and lived extensively in Spain, Sweden and the USA.
