Okay. Now for the shoulder push-up.
Now, the shoulder push-up is a little bit easier than the regular push-up that we’ve been doing, and rather than putting the emphasis on the chest, it takes that and puts it more onto the shoulders. So in order to do that, we just need to move the body weight further over the hands.
This is how we do it.
So, start with the hands about shoulder width apart. But the feet this time, need to be wider.
Now bring the feet up to near where the hands are. Then you want to flatten your back off, Okay?
And from here, you’re going to touch your nose down, just behind your hands.
So you’re going to go down, touch, and come back up again.
Breathe in. Breathe out on the way up.
So, that’s the shoulder push-up.
It’s a little bit easier than the regular push-up, but it does, as I mentioned before, put more emphasis onto the shoulders and takes it away from the chest area.
