GB Personal Training started in Hampstead, North London but has rapidly spread across the whole of London, and now is in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire.
HOME OR OFFICE
Here at GB Personal Training we offer an In-Home Service so we come to you.
It has been our experience over the years that we can get better results and more done if we train you at home. Don’t worry you will not need much space and we will provide whatever equipment you need.
Greg also spends time training clients at their offices too. So rather than worrying about exercising first thing in the morning or late at night why not switch your lunch hour for a refreshing movement session. Function rooms or offices make excellent spaces to exercise and you will be amazed at what you can achieve in such little space.

Greg offers a totally holistic approach to your health and fitness. There are 11 main systems of the body, most people focus only on 1 or 2 but Greg looks at all of them.
Working with you as an integrated system of systems ensures that we treat the cause of your problems and not just the symptoms.

NATURAL MOVEMENT
When most people think of exercise they think of puffing and panting around a park or in a gym. We are different. Yes you will get out of breath at times but our sole focus is getting you moving correctly again. When you move freely without restriction then everything else starts to fall into place. The simple act of pumping the body’s systems can do wonders.
You can expect to perform a lot of fundamental movements that will challenge your Bio-Motor Skills like: balance, co-ordination, strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Progression will be gradual and scientific, starting with just your body weight and progressing onto using equipment like Swiss Balls, Resistance Bands and Kettlebells.
We will NOT be running around the park. You will NOT have orders barked at you like a drill sergeant! This is scientific & professional personal training.
NATURAL NUTRITION
Nothing effects your health and fitness more than what you consume on a daily basis. Everyone is different and so are their nutrition requirements.
We take nutrition very seriously. You will be helped with making the correct food choices, preparation of foods, when to eat, why certain foods are more important than others and understanding the influnce that food and drink has on your body.
All our nutritional advice is based on a personalised plan that is right for you and nobody else.
NATURAL MIND
Ever wondered why you can’t lose weight or stick to anything? You mind is at the root of the decisions you make. Without your mind in the right place everything else become a contradiction of interests.
By looking at what you value most, your goals, aspirations and desires we are better able to determine a programme of action that you will be able to stick to. After all adherence is the biggest reason people fail!
How Much it Costs
FAT LOSS – (12 sessions @ £995)
To safely and permanently lose fat you require a blend of nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes. This is not a simple journey so you need 100% commitment and have a deep rooted desire to succeed. You will be guaranteed a Lose of 7lbs in 30 days or your money back!
You will be meet with Greg: Monday, Wednesday & Friday for exercise at your home or a place of your choosing. You will NOT be running or performing some kind of aerobics so you will require very little space.
Your first step is to arrange a consultation with Greg to discuss things further.
REHABILITATION – (8 sessions @ £650)
If you are recovering from an injury, operation or have just received Physiotherapy, then carefully prescribed rehabilitation exercise and lifestyle changes are necessary.
You will meet with Greg: Monday and Wednesday for rehabilitation exercises at your home or place of your choosing. The objective will be to improve your level of mobility and stability to remove pain and get you back to optimal health.

SPORTS SPECIFIC – (each session @ £95)
Training for an event or just want to be great at your chosen sport? Then Greg can help you improve your Sports Specific skills and condition you for your chosen event.
A full assessment will be taken of goals, bio-motor skills, and availability before a fully periodised program is designed. Basically we work together to make sure you peak at the right time.
You will met with Greg for initial assessments and planning and then future meetings can be scheduled based on your requirements.
