How and when you train with one of our Personal Trainers is entirely up to you.
You have the choice to either exercise at home, outside at the local park or in your local gym. You will be amazed at what can be achieved in a small amount of space so don’t worry about not having enough room at your home.
We offer the following services:
- Fat Loss: If you are looking to lose a large amount of weight or just that final stubborn bit of fat then we can help. You will be expected to follow our all natural nutrition plan and exercise 2-3 times per week. If you follow our guidelines then most people lose a minimum of 7lbs in 21 days 🙂
- Sport Specific: Training for an event? Want to be great at your chosen sport? If so then GB can help. We can offer you sports specific training that will ensure your excel at whatever you set your mind upon.
- Rehabilitation: Recovering from an injury? If so then GB can work closely with your Physiotherapist to ensure that you make a full recovery. We specialise in getting you back on your feet again!
