Daryl was veryÂ flexible with my busy work and travel schedule. We met 2 or 3 times a week for an hour each and I must say, he helped me re-learn how to exercise and how to push my body. “I have been looking for training like this all my life! I trained as a dancer until I was 17 and then never really bothered about exercise as I never put weight on and thought I would always be that way! By the time I was in my mid-thirties I stopped smoking and decided I needed to look after my body. But I hate gyms, I hate running, I hate weights and I am too competitive for Yoga. So after signing up to various gyms and classes, and feeling like I was never getting anywhere, I gave up. Then when I became depressed earlier this year and my diet was the worst it had ever been I put on a lot of weight for me.

“At the beginning of my time with Greg, I was very impressed by the thorough assessment to see what would work for my body. By the end of our time together, I was amazed at how much I achieved.
I would say that I am now fitter and stronger that I have ever been, and that giving up as little as 3 hours of my time a week was well worth the investment. The sessions gave me results which were almost instantaneous, and I noticed a difference within 4 sessions. I quickly learnt that working out whilst keeping my nutrition in check, produced incredibly fast results.
