On regular dates throughout the year, there will be a limited number of Health and Fitness Professionals gathering to share ideas and catapult their business and knowledge to the next level.
These meetings are purely focused on helping you improve your Personal Training skills and getting better results for your clients.
The day will consist of a combination of practical and theoretical information hosted by me, Greg Brookes. But the emphasis of the day will be on sharing information, improving your skills as a trainer and meeting some new industry friends.
