Personal Trainer Prices

GB Personal Training offer 3 Personal Training packages.

Your first step would be to arrange a free consultation. During this meeting you can ask further questions and your trainer will be able to better advise you on which package is right for you.

Consider how much time you can realistically commit and how serious you are about achieving your goals. Having a personal trainer will only help you achieve results if you are willing to commit 100%.

Package #1 – 30 Day Intense Fat Loss

£995 for 20 sessions (5 x per week)

This is our premium package. It gets results FAST. Whether you need to lose weight for a wedding, holidays, or special event, this package has been proven to work year after year.

Our premium package also appeals to many people because it develops a daily habit of exercise and good nutrition leaving little chance to stray.

  • 1/2 Hour Daily Sessions with weekends off
  • High Calorie Burning, Basal Metabolic Raising Workouts
  • Daily Nutritional Management and Planning

You will be training 5 times per week for 30 minutes per session

Package #2 – 30 Day Metabolic Shake Up

£745 for 12 sessions (3 x per week)

This is our most popular package and although you are not monitored daily like in the Package 1 the results are still fantastic.

  • 30 Day All Natural Nutrition Plan
  • High Calorie Burning, Basal Metabolic Raising Workouts
  • Realistic Goal Setting and Motivation

You will be training 3 times per week for approx. 45min – 1 hour per session

Package #3 – 30 Day Improved Health & Vitality

£570 for 8 sessions (2 x per week)

This is an excellent package but not as intense or demanding as the other 2 packages. You will still lose fat on this programme but more emphasis is placed on improving your general health and vitality.

  • Functional Fitness Training designed for Daily Life
  • Mobility, Stretching and Postural Correction
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Advice

You will be training 2 times per week for approx. 45min – 1 hour per session
