With Clapham common dominating the Clapham area we have a great location for outdoor training. However, if you would like to train indoors then that is fine to, we can either visit you at your home or train in a local gym. Where you choose to exercise is entirely up to you 🙂

Many people believe that you need a lot of space in order to get fit, this is simply not true. You would be surprised at how many results you can get working out in a space of only 6 feet square.

You do not need any equipment our trainers will provide everything you need.

These are the main services we offer:

Fat Loss: Lose 7lbs or more in only 21 days. Just follow our all natural eating plan and an exercise programme 2-3 times per week and you will be amazed at the results.

Rehabilitation: If you have suffered an injury then GB can help you get back on your feet again. GB Personal TRaining can work togther with you local phsio and provide an integrated rehabilitaion / exercise programe

Event Training: Looking to run the London Marathon this year? We can take you from only jogging a few paces to the full 26 miles. We will develop the program and help you every step of the way 🙂
