Dumbbell Rotational Press Exercise

Audio for Dumbbell Rotational Press Exercise

Let’s move onto the Rotational Press. We’re going to take the dumbbells; we’re going to hold them up to the shoulders, here. From here, we’re just going to rotate and punch the dumbbell up, across and over the shoulder. Come back down, repeat, and punch; alternating sides. Keep the core nice and tight, keep the chest up. You’re just punching over the shoulder. Keep your grip nice and tight, as well.

There we go. You’re going to perform 20 repetitions in total, because that will ultimately mean 10 on either side. Just keep alternating until you reach 20. Enjoy that one.
