Audio for Double Lunge with a Reach Video

Okay. Now we are going to put a forward lunge with a reverse lunge together along with a reach.

Good exercise. Really functional because it marries a lot of different movements together. Its a tough one and its a good one to finish this challenge on.

So, here we go.

To start with we are going to perform a forward lunge. In order to do that, we step forward, good step forward, knee comes down kisses the floor and at the same time, I want you to reach forward as far as you can.

From here, we are going to use the same leg to come back into the reverse lunge and take the arms overhead.

So we go forward with a reach, reverse with an overhead reach. Forward. Reverse. Forward. Reverse. Really good exercise. You are really going to feel this working into the legs, especially at this part of the challenge.

Make sure that you are getting those nice reaches in. Reach all the way back as well.

Be careful with the back knee that you don’t bang it on the floor. The knee shouldn’t rest on the floor. They should just kiss gently on the floor.

Beautiful exercise to finish on.

You will do 10 on one side and then 10 on the other.

If you get through that, you’ve made it. Congratulations.
