Body Weight Exercises and Tutorial Videos

I thought it would be helpful to show you a list of the body weight exercises, the majority of these are used in my 12 Week Bodyweight Cardio Program or 37 Core and Abs Workouts. For each body weight exercise I have filmed a tutorial video so you can see exactly how to perform the exercise. Pay close attention because good form is very important when it comes to exercise. The better your technique the quicker you will get results and the less chance you have of injuring yourself.

I can however be held responsible for the great results that you do achieve! 🙂 Please be careful, progress slowly and if in doubt don’t perform the exercises without qualified supervision.
