200 Dumbbell Workout Challenge

Who doesn’t love a challenge? This Dumbbell Workout Challenge requires just one pair of dumbbells so you can perform it at home, in the garden or down the gym. Great for fat loss, and developing strength endurance.

Practice the exercises first and progress slowly. When you are ready take on the challenge.

Choose a set of Dumbbells that you can press overhead 20 times.

Enjoy!

1. Overhead Warm Up (20 reps total)

2. Reverse Lunge with Rotation (20 reps total)

3. Rotational Press (20 reps total)

4. Single Leg Row (10 reps each side)

5. Side Lunge (10 reps each side)

6. Squat and Alternating Press (20 reps total)

7. Renegade Row (20 reps total)

8. Single Leg Deadlift (10 reps each side)

9. Windmills (10 reps each side)

10. Reverse Lunge and Press (20 reps total)

      Hi Jim, I used to have an app for the Dumbbell Challenge many years ago but it is no longer available, sorry.
