2. Reverse Lunge with Rotation (20 reps total)
3. Rotational Press (20 reps total)
4. Single Leg Row (10 reps each side)
5. Side Lunge (10 reps each side)
6. Squat and Alternating Press (20 reps total)
7. Renegade Row (20 reps total)
