Every Saturday Morning at 11am we are running a fat loss and general fitness boot camp on Regents Park. At present the boot camp is free but soon we will be taking small contributions which we will donate 100% to charity.
The boot camp is based around team activities that ensure the laughter levels are high and the boredom levels are very low. Last Saturday we were competing in bear walks, a very tiring exercise if you’re not a bear, and also sandbag carrying and dragging. Usually we finish the session with a “Tug of War” but on Saturday everyone was so worn out we agreed to save it until next week.
