Exercise should never be a chore, if you are dreading your workout then change it or even change activity. Just to show you how fun exercise can be we are holding a 45min boot camp every Saturday morning in Regents Park at 11am.
Have you ever tried flipping a tire? or dragging a sled? or worked on your speed and agility? Well now is your chance to try some new fun ways to get you fit and inspire you in 2009.
This Saturday’s session will be free and all sessions thereafter will be £10 for the 45 minutes. I promise, you will never have experienced anything like this before. So grab a friend and come along. Just tell me when you are coming and I can let you know where we meet.
