stepExercise & Nutrition
It’s time to get started. But first we need to assess your starting point. How do you move? How’s your flexibility? Your core function? Joint stability etc.
We also need to assess your nutrition and consider starting you on our healthy eating plan .
Following the assessments we have a good profile of you. We create an individualized program. Now the fun starts. You can expect a combination of: rehab exercises, core exercises, kettlebell exercise , boxing pad work, and much more. Following pregnancy many exercises are dangerous so we will show you how to exercise safely but for optimal results.

stepLook, Feel & Move Better
Now for the good part. The results. After your first 30 days we reassess.
We look at your core function. Strength gains. Image improvements. Energy increases. General wellbeing. And yes, all of these things will have changed. We discuss future goals and support you all the way.
“After the birth of my third child, I tried my regular gym routine. But, after losing only 10 pounds, I hit a plateau and felt unmotivated to continue. I needed a new exercise to get me back into shape.
I started twice a week kettle bells in June, and coupled it with Greg’s Evolution diet. I have lost a stone and a half (and counting), and have lost 8 inches from my waist, 6 inches from my hips and 4 inches from my thighs. I am stronger, leaner, feel healthier, and have more energy.” Christine, Hampstead NW3 .more…

Well-written alitcre. It’s funny how people would rather fork out thousands on fitness “gadgets” that will never work. Maybe looking for a easy way out. Nothing works for lazy people. Same for kettlebells.
