Rose achieved her Diploma in Fitness Training from Auckland University and has been actively working and studying as a Personal Trainer for 5 years. With a very bubbly personality she is great at lifting your spirits during even the hardest of workout sessions.

Like all the trainers here she has a very holistic outlook on health and fitness with particular interests in Pilates, Weight loss, Core Strengthening, Life Coaching, Stress Relief and Rehabilitation.

As well as her own gruelling personal workouts she also enjoys travel, yoga, snowboarding and surfing.
