Choosing the right Price Package for you
We offer 3 basic packages to suit your requirements. Consider how much time you can realistically commit and how serious you are about achieving your goals. Be honest with yourself. Having a personal trainer only gets you results if you are prepared to work hard and put the time in.
Package 1 - 30 day Intense Fat Loss
£995 for 20 sessions (5 x week)
This is our Premium Package. It gets results FAST. Whether you need to lose weight for a wedding, holidays, special event etc. This method has proven to work for many years. It also appeals to many people because it leaves little room to stray.
- 1/2 hour daily sessions with weekends off
- High calorie burning, basal metabolic raising workouts
- Daily nutritional management and planning
You will be training 5 times a week for 30 mins per session
Package 2 - 30 day Metabolic Shake Up
£745 for 12 sessions (3 x week)
This is our most popular package, and although not monitored as intensely as package 1 the results are still fantastic.
- 30 day evolution healthy eating plan
- High calorie burning, basal metabolic raising workouts
- Realistic goal setting and motivation
You will be training 3 times a week for approx. 1 hour per session
Package 3 - 30 day Improved Health and Vitality
£570 for 8 sessions (2 x week)
This is an excellent package but not as intense or demanding as the one above. You will still lose fat on this programme but more emphasis is placed on improving your general health and vitality.
- Functional fitness training for daily life
- Assisted stretching and postural correction
- Nutrition & lifestyle advice
You will be training 2 times a week for approx. 1 hour per session
