Choosing the right Price Package for you
We offer 3 basic packages to suit your requirements. It is important to consider how much time you can realistically commit and how serious your are about achieving your goals. Be honest with yourself, having a personal trainer won't get you the results you require unless your are prepared to work hard and put the time in.
Package 1 - 30 day intense fat loss
Price £995 for 20 sessions (5 x week)
This is the premium package, the one that gets results quickly. Whether you need to lose weight as a bride for a wedding, holidays, after Christmas etc. this is the method that we have achieved the best results with for many years. It also appeals to many people because it leaves little room to stray.
- 1/2 hour daily sessions with weekends off
- High calorie burning, basal metabolic raising workouts
- Daily nutritional management and planning
You will be training 5 times a week for 30 mins per session
Package 2 - 30 day metabolic shake up
Price £650 for 12 sessions (3 x week)
This is our most popular package, and although not monitored as intensely as package 1 the results are still fantastic.
- 30 day evolution healthy eating plan
- High calorie burning, basal metabolic raising workouts
- Realistic goal setting and motivation
You will be training 3 times a week for approx. 1 hour per session
Package 3 - Improved health and vitality
Price £495 for 8 sessions (2 x week)
This is an excellent package but not as intense or demanding as the one above. You will still lose weight on this programme but more emphasis is placed on improving your general health and vitality.
- Functional fitness training for daily life
- Assisted stretching and postural correction
- Nutrition & lifestyle advice
You will be training 2 times a week for approx. 1 hour per session
Look Sexy Boot Camps
Price £120 for 12 sessions
Look great this summer with our Fitness Boot Camp. Training as a group offers more motivation and reduces the cost by miles.
