Consultation & Support Pack
We want to get to know you. Following an email or phone call we arrange to meet up. This is a free consultation. Here we discuss your current situation. What you want to achieve and how we are going to do it. We also discuss which of our 3 pricing packages is right for you.
Step 2
Exercise & Nutrition
Its time to get started. But first we need to assess your starting point. How do you move? How is your flexibility? Your core function? Joint stability etc. We also need to assess your nutrition and get you started on our healthy eating plan.
Following the assessments we have a good profile of you. We create an individualized program. Now the fun starts. You can expect a combination of: rehab exercises, core exercises, kettlebell exercises, boxing pad work, and much more. Best bit of all. You do not need to provide anything. We bring everything to you.
Step 3
Look, Feel, Move Better
Now for the good part. The results. After your first 30 days we reassess. We look at fat loss. Strength gains. Flexibility improvements. Energy increases. General wellbeing. And yes, all of these things will have changed. Ladies on average lose between 7 to 14lbs in 30 days. We discuss future goals and support you all the way.
