We insist on meeting up to discuss your goals and requirements. We can’t help everyone and not everyone is ready for change. You will be emailed a Health Questionnaire so we can start to paint an accurate picture of your current situation.

[purple]Assessments[/purple]

We don’t guess how you move and your problem areas, we assess and then work on your weaknesses. If you have a bad back, knees or shoulders then we sort these things out first. This is nothing to worry about but it is an essential part of our programme design.

[purple]Nutrition[/purple]

You cannot lose fat without a sensible nutrition plan. If this is your goal then based upon your initial health questionnaire you will receive a healthy eating plan. It’s all safe, natural and does NOT involve just eating salads all day.

[purple]Workouts[/purple]

Depending on the results of your assessment and your goals you could be doing a number of things from swinging kettlebells, to body weight exercises to boxing. Here’s a typical session layout.

  • Soft Tissue Work
    Working on trigger points and activating lazy muscles
  • Mobility Warm Up
    Improving mobility to decrease injury potential
  • Movement Prep.
    Particular body weight movements to prepare for exercise
  • Corrective Exercise
    Specific exercises for improving your weaknesses
  • Core Activation
    Getting to your core and not a sit-up in sight
  • Strength Training
    Kettlebell exercises for toning muscle
  • Cardio Training
    May be boxing, body weight exercises, sprints, skipping
  • Flexibility
    Stretching your tight muscles and correcting posture

All this will take place in approx. 45 mins – 60 mins. Every session is different and progressive with the emphasis placed on safe and scientifically proven exercise. This is not boot camp.

Pricing

We are not the cheapest. With a proven track record and a totally personalised service we charge a little extra. All sessions are run over a 4 week period and paid for in advance:

Training with one of Greg’s Trainers:

  • Metabolic Shake Up – 12 x 60 mins £745
  • Improved Health – 8 x 60 mins £570

Training with Greg:
