There is no great secret to fat loss. There are hundreds of books on exercise and nutrition out there. Obviously it takes time to learn and digest all of this information but the reality is fat loss can easily be obtained by anyone.

Increasing importance is the sticking point for most people. What do you really want? People can’t stop smoking because they don’t really want to, regardless of how bad they know it is for them. There is not a strong enough WANT. We often train brides or people going on a beach holiday because this increases the importance. There is a serious WANT to look good. Simply wanting to lose weight for health reasons is very rarely important enough for most people. So you need to ask yourself what do you really want? Are you ready to commit to a health & fitness programme? For many people the WANT is just not strong enough and so it ends in a lack of commitment and ultimately failure. Understand what you want first and then go for it. A personal trainer can never help you with this want, this is something you must decide on your own.
Increasing confidence is easier.
