Overview

Nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to getting results, therefore we offer two different nutritional programmes to suit your requirements. There is our personally designed, all natural, Evolution Diet for people who like a black & white approach to nutrition and want results fast. Secondly, our more complex, metabolic typing programme which will help determine what foods are designed specifically for you and your body's makeup.

Evolution Diet

Society has evolved very quickly and our body's ability to process many of the foods available today is limited. Just by following a few simple rules it's amazing how the body starts to shred fat and re-energise. Not only does the Evolution Diet walk you through the "do's" and "do not's" of healthy eating but it also offers meal suggestions and cooking techniques.

Metabolic Typing

Just as we are all different on the outside we are also different on the inside. Ever wondered why your friend can eat one food but when you eat the same food it has horrible consequences. This is because we are all programmed with a particular metabolic type, what is good for one can be terribly bad for another. Eat according to your metabolic type and you will be free from cravings, reach your body’s desired weight, be disease free and feel happier and more energised.
