She believes in making fitness a fun and enjoyable lifestyle change. With her holistic approach, Krystie understands how important the roles of nutrition and diet play in a healthy lifestyle therefore can offer sound advice on healthy living, stress management and nutrition along with designing an individual program to reach the goals of her clients. These goals could be anywhere from losing excess weight, toning up for a big event, or simply increasing energy levels and confidence.

Qualified as a Personal Trainer from Premier Training International in London, and as a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Krystie's passion for fitness means she keeps on top of the latest health and fitness research.

Krystie has always been a keen sportswomen and participated in Surf Life Saving, Rowing and Triathlons at a high level. Her latest event was biking from London to Paris for charity, which she recommends everyone should have a go at, except for the sore bum. Her other interests include travelling, eating good foods, and enjoying the London lifestyle.
