London Kettlebell Classes

Step 1
Check Availability

Our Kettlebell Classes are fun and get results fast. For this reason they are often very busy. We like to keep our classes small. This way we can offer everyone individual attention. Its like small group personal training. So first check our availability.

Our kettlebell classes are divided into beginners and advanced. This is not just for fitness reasons but for skill reasons too. Everyone who is new to kettlebell training must start at the beginners level.

Beginners: Monday & Wednesday (9.20am to 9.50am) Hampstead Recreation Club

Beginners: Tuesday & Thursday (9.10am to 9.40am) Hampstead Recreation Club

Beginners: Tuesday & Thursday (9.45am to 10.15am) Hampstead Recreation Club

Advanced: Wednesday & Friday (2.15pm to 2.45pm) Hampstead Recreation Club

Classes are taught in blocks of 12 sessions for £120. We provide the kettlebells.

Step 2
Start Swinging that Kettlebell

Kettlebell Classes last for 30 minutes. The pace is fast but concentration is placed upon correct technique. You will first learn the basic 4 movements: Swing, Squat, Clean and Press. Once you have mastered these then its on to the Windmill, Turkish Get Up, High Pulls and the Snatch. Mobility and core at the beginning and a cool down and stretching at the end. Here you have the perfect recipe for a fun, safe and effective workout.

Step 3
Look, Feel, Move Better

Kettlebell training gets results fast. It hits hundreds of muscles at the same time. This stimulates metabolic changes. You will continue to burn calories for hours after the class is over. Warning: these classes and the results can be very addictive.
