  • I was recommended to Danni at GB Training by my physiotherapist following a shoulder and neck operation. My requirement was rehabilitation to normal life and to rejuvenate my strength. Danni is achieving this brilliantly by providing a varied programme, adjusting exercises and adding routines to ensure that there is no boredom and, as my strength has built, by ensuring that the challenge is always there without being overwhelming. She has been totally flexible and adaptable and prepared to operate at home or in the public park where she has employed all the available natural facilities such as slopes, grass and steps. She has been unfailingly encouraging and energising, coaxing more and more effort from me while being tolerant of my initial weakness. Danni has also provided a programme of work for me to use on my own and continues to provide encouragement using e-mail and text. This personal involvement has been critical to the undoubted success of my personal training.

  • “When I started training with kettlebells I really didn’t know what to expect. I had never heard of them but I needed to get back to doing exercise during the week to complement my hour at the gym at the weekends which really was not enough. After a few months of kettlebell training I love it! I feel more energised, I have toned up and the occasional back and neck pains I was getting from sitting at a desk 8-10 hours a day 5 days a week have gone. I attend two sessions a week. It fits really easily into my schedule since Greg comes to our office at lunch time and the sessions only last for 30 minutes. They are short but intense workouts which for me is better: I suffer more but it’s over quickly! Vive les Kettlebelles!”
