Hannah makes sure that her clients are comfortable before taking on an exercise regime as stress can play an influencing factor to the progression and success of one's goals. She believes that exercise alone does not get the results most clients want and so takes a thorough look into eating habits, sleeping patterns and energy levels.

George Goodheart the first Kinesiologist believed that a healthy body is made up of three factors – Chemical (food), Mental and Physical (movement). If there is a breakdown between the three then your exercise regime will not be effective! Hannah creates programs that take all three factors into account so that goals are achieved.
