Greg Brookes - Certified Personal Trainer

Ever since an early age Greg has had a passion for health and fitness, achieving a black belt in Full Contact Karate at the age of 16 and subsequently beginning to teach. He spent the majority of his childhood reading books about health and fitness, taking part in cross country running and weight training. During his late teens Greg started on his career by completing the FFI (Fitness for Industry) weight training instructors course and later the most highly regarded of Personal Training courses, “The Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports massage therapy”.

After graduating with a degree in Philosophy from Sheffield University Greg has spent much of his life personal training, writing health and fitness articles, travelling and living overseas, from Sweden to the USA.

Travel has given Greg a much broader outlook on life and the chance to embrace many different cultures. This includes participating in various sports, health and fitness programmes and of course sampling delicious food and drink!

Greg enjoys practically all sports and loves all aspects of health, fitness and nutrition and offers a softer more educated approach to achieving your goals. Greg enjoys socialising, eating a healthy diet and taking time out to relax.
