Not matter who you are, when you exercise you are doing it for a reason, you either want to look great, feel good, or just move better.
It doesn’t matter which one of the reasons you give for your motivation of training you still need to move correctly for your body. Moving correctly means moving functionally. When you move functionally you increase your natural movement patterns meaning you hit more muscles (burn more calories), get stronger (your body is using the correct muscles), don’t get injured (because you are doing what your body is designed to do).
I spoke with Women’s Fitness Magazine about these concepts this week, you can hear all about why most people are training incorrectly and the best way to destroy body fat in half the time.
