      Hi Greg:

      Can you confirm if any of the instructors have been certified by the IKFF or RKC? Just want to know if this is the course for me.

      Hi Mike, great question. I am very familiar with the RKC & Steve Cotter’s work, in fact many of their principles will be included within this course. However, there will also be lots of other theory and techniques that will take this course to the next level. With over 4 years of teaching kettlebells to clients and in the class environment there will be plenty of tips and tricks here for everyone.
