Our fitness boot camps get you results

Dropping those extra pounds and toning up can be a daunting task on even the best of days but with our boot camps you get the support and results you are looking for. Here's why our fitness boot camps are proving to be so successful:

What to expect at our boot camp

As we are a Personal Training company we offer only the most effective training based upon over 10,000 hours of training experience. We are not from a military background so you won't be doing thousands of press-ups and sit-ups and running for miles at a time. Instead our training is geared towards increasing your metabolism so you continue to burn calories for hours after the session has finished.

The sessions last for 45mins and will be intense, incorporating a variety of different types of training including: mobility work, kettlebells, body weight exercises, agility drills, stretching, medicine balls, boxing and fun partner stuff too!
