What to expect at our boot camp
As we are a Personal Training company we offer only the most effective training based upon over 10,000 hours of training experience. We are not from a military background so you won't be doing thousands of press-ups and sit-ups and running for miles at a time. Instead our training is geared towards increasing your metabolism so you continue to burn calories for hours after the session has finished.
The sessions last for 45mins and will be intense, incorporating a variety of different types of training including mobility work, kettlebells, body weight exercises, stretching, medicine balls and fun partner stuff too!
