Post Natal Exercise – don’t make these mistakes

Have you just had a baby and are concerned about your post natal tummy? If so then rushing out and joining the gym or performing hundreds of sit-ups will usually cause you more harm than good.

There have been some huge changes to your body over the last 9 months, things don’t just generally go back to normal without a little bit of care and attention.

50% of women suffer with Pelvic floor issues.

Your inner core is weak and the firing patterns are generally out of sink.

Many muscles with have tightened others radically loosened, adjusting posture.

Going to a circuit class, running around  the park, or performing a few sit-ups at home won’t address these issues.
