How it works
You will start off following our eating plan for 30 days. Basically a list of things that you can and can’t eat. We monitor your progress and change things along the way.
You will be amazed to hear, you can still eat good foods just none of those nasties. Your whole body will change rapidly in 30 days. You will be surprised. Those foods that you used to crave suddenly stop being a problem. People often don’t realize how good they can feel.
