About Greg Brookes

Greg took his first fitness qualifications back in 1992. Since this time his knowledge and skills have evolved into many areas including: Sports Massage, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching.

Greg does not see the body like most other health and fitness professionals, he sees it as an integrated unit comprising of mental, physical and emotional states. He believes that the majority of the western culture has their approach to health and fitness backwards, focusing more on the symptoms and instant gratification rather than addressing the cause for a more permanent solution to well being.

Greg's driving influence comes from nature he believes that evolution has a very strong story to tell. His natural approach has enabled him to achieve success where many others have failed. He combines an important blend of the Mind, Nutrition and Exercise to achieve results for his clients.

He currently lives in London and is very open with his knowledge regularly sharing information with all the major publications and on his blog.
