Here's an incredible kettlebell complex that is very cardiovascular and will get you some quick fat burning results.
Start with the Swing, then progress to the High Pull and finish with the Snatch. You can either perform all 3 different exercise with one hand before changing or change hands after each exercise.
Here are a few workouts you can try:
5 or 10 on each side then change hands
5 or 10 of each exercise before changing hands
10 of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.
15 Swings, 10 High Pulls, 5 Snatches
30 secs - 60 secs of each exercise before changing
5 x 5 - 5 of each and 5 circuits
100 of each exercise changing hands when necessary
