If you haven't got much time but want to get a lot done then this is for you.
The Cross Body Clean & Press incorporates a lot of muscle mass and has a high metabolic effect.
In other words, it's very demanding and burns a lot of calories. You can also get a good fat after-burn if you use the correct weight, reps and rest ratio.
I like to go heavy on this exercise and perform 5 reps on each side, then repeat 3-5 times.
Warning: this exercise can be performed very badly. It's vital that you use your deadlifting skills to maintain a good back position and keep your chest up. Those who struggle with tight hamstrings would be advised to miss this one out or not go as low.
