My BIG BANG Workout in under 30 minutes


Hey it's Greg here…

Those of you that know me know that I don't like to waste time.

Life is too short

And my approach to exercise is exactly the same…get it done!!!

People complicate their lives, they split exercises into muscle groups, have Cardio days and Resistance days, spend hours in the gym

Well not me…

Here is how I workout to get everything done in UNDER 30 minutes

Following Foam Rolling, Mobility and Movement Preparation, I get stuck into this circuit:

  1. Reverse Lunges Holding Dumbbells x 20 reps
  2. Chin ups x as many as possible
  3. Kettlebell Swings (I used a dumbbell yesterday) x 30
  4. Split Stance Forward Cable Press x 10
  5. Roll Outs into Pike Position (feet on a foam roll) x 7
  6. Rest 90 sec and repeat for 3 circuits

That is it…that was my workout yesterday.

I hit every muscle in the body (over 600), my heart rate went through the roof (Cardio), and my whole body was shaking with fatigue (After-burn post exercise).

I was in and out in under 30 minutes!
