Halloween Workout Challenge
Hey Greg here....
Here's a great full body workout challenge for Halloween.

Most people will not be able to complete all 50 reps of each exercise without taking a break.
Important:
if you need to rest just for a second during the 50 reps then change
onto the other paired exercise and perform the same amount of reps.
For example:
If
you can only complete 30 Snatches, then you would move onto the Slow Mountain Climbers for 30 reps and then go back to the Snatches again.
Alternate backwards and forwards between the 2 exercises completing the
same number until you have done the 50 reps on both exercises. Don't
move on to the next pairing until all 50 reps of each have been
finished.
Here are the 4 paired exercises again:
- Snatch / Slow Mountain Climbers
- Clean, Squat & Press / Burpee
- Jumping Lunges / High Pulls
- T-Push Ups / Double Handed Swings
If you don't have a kettlebell then a dumbbell will work too!
