OK, you have 7 minutes to get through this workout. Just repeat the following exercises slowly in a circuit for the full 7 minutes.
Concentrate on perfect technique, if you cannot manage the recommended amount of reps for the exercise then just do as many as you can. Don't forget to breathe consistently. Perform this workout either on its own or before your regular exercise program. Ensure you have a days rest between each workout for muscle recovery. Workout - Level 1
