GB Personal Training is one of London's leading personal fitness training companies. With a close-knit collection of cutting edge trainers, we are more like a family than a typical business. Each fitness trainer is brimming with passion and wants you to achieve your goals in a way that is right for YOU. Knowledge, understanding and a caring attitude enable us to do just that.

How we started

GB Personal Training began life back in 2006. Started by Greg Brookes, an already experienced fitness trainer. The business began in Hampstead, North London where it still remains today. Offering a more holistic and educated approach was getting results fast. Following a series of very successful clients news started to spread. Results were being achieved by tapping into peoples motivational channels and prescribing individual courses of action.

One became two

It was not long before another trainer was needed, and fast. After literally 80 fitness trainer applicants Nicole Samuels joined the team. Following a crash course in the GB philosophy and techniques, that were proving very successful, Nicole got to work. She was soon fully booked too!

And then there was more

Momentum kept building. It was not just North London that wanted a piece of the action. Again after a rigorous recruitment process GB Personal Training continued to expand its trainers. Expansion has always been held up by a real struggle to find GOOD ENOUGH personal trainers to join the team. We currently have a collection of some of the finest Personal Trainers in London.

Setting up the Graduate Scheme

Due to the difficulty in recruitment GB Personal Training set up its own graduate scheme. Taking already qualified trainers and educating them in the GB Personal Training philosophy and training techniques. This way we can guarantee that all our trainers have the right skills to deliver results quickly and safely.

The Future

Always with one eye on the future and the latest cutting edge techniques, GB Personal Training is growing fast. We believe that Personal Training should be for everyone. If one on one training is too expensive then you can always try the boot camps. If the boot camps are out of your price range then sign up for free exercise and nutritional advice. But no matter what option you choose you can be assured of the best service possible, and we guarantee it.
