Where would I exercise?

We are a home based personal training company, so all training would be performed in the comfort of your own home, garden or in a local park.

No need to worry about being motivated. We will come to you. With a smile, on time and every time.

Have I got enough room at my house?

Surprisingly we do not need a lot of room to get you results. A space large enough to swing your arms around is plenty.
