What would I be doing?
We use only the most cutting edge personal training techniques to get you results. Following a comprehensive assessment, a course of exercises will be prescribed specifically for YOU and no one else.
We will start off by addressing any issues that may need attention. This can include: ankles, knees, hips, back, or neck problems. Next we will work on the most important part, getting you results FAST.
Your exercise programme may include:
- Natural body weight exercises
- Kettlebell Training (a breakthrough fitness tool)
- Boxing pad work
- Yoga / Pilates
- Speed & Agility Drills (outside)
What you will NOT be doing
You will not be running around a park or doing hundreds of sit ups. Scientific evidence has proven that these activities just do not work.
