All of our trainers have events experience. We have successfully trained both Triathletes and Marathon runners for many years.

Is this your first Marathon? running just over 26 miles is a daunting task. But with some good planning and a consistent training schedule it can be made a lot easier. We can show you: How often to train. How much to run each time. How to improve on your times. How to actually ENJOY it!

Is this your first Triathlon? combining 3 events can be a tough challenge. We can make it easier for you. Offering a special blend of training for each separate event. And tips on how to improve your times. You will be swimming, cycling and running your way to the finish line. And in a time you can be proud of.

We are all regular participants in events throughout the year so if you have a charity fun run or 10k race, chances are we can do it with YOU.
