Suffering from lower back pain?

Back pain is a common problem. The statistics are getting worse. But it does not have to be this way. We can get rid of that back pain with some simple stretching and strengthening exercises.

We find 3 common causes of back pain:

Problems with the feet: fallen arches, incorrect footwear, limited ankle mobility will all lead to a change in the bodys structure. Compensations must be made and it often leads to back pain. We address these issues with soft tissue work, stretching and strengthen exercises. Suddenly, bingo, the back pain has gone.

Problems with your inner core: having an inability to stabilize the spine through incorrect recruitment of the inner core muscles, can lead to your lower back doing a lot more work than it should do. The consequences are back pain. We strengthen the inner core with some focused exercises and suddenly the back pain disappears.

Flexibility of your upper spine: the Thoracic spine has a huge part to play in our general back flexibility. If your thoracic spine lacks mobility then your lower back does the work. This causes lower back problems, again it is doing a job it is not designed to do. We fix your thoracic spine and the back pain vanishes.
