Congratulations on the new arrival to your family. There have been some huge changes to your body over the last 9 months. We are here to help you get things back to the way they were.
Get clearance from your doctor
Once you have been given the all clear from you local GP we can get to work.
Here are some of the things we concentrate on:
Strengthening the Inner Core: weakened pelvic floor muscles can lead to incontinence & a tummy pooch. Our focused breathing and strengthening exercises will address these.
Focused Fat Loss: the average pregnant lady increases their weight by 25 to 35lbs. We will work hard with SAFE exercises to get your body back to the way you want it.
Alleviating Back Pain: huge postural alignment changes happen during pregnancy due to an increase in breast size and the obvious baby weight. We will strengthen and stretch the correct muscles to have you feeling PAIN FREE again.
Seek Professional Advice
Be careful if you embark on an exercise programme after Pregnancy. Many exercises that were ok before pregnancy can be DANGEROUS afterwards.
